The biggest danger that you probably are not aware about is if you leave the house empty and no one's living in there and you're not keeping the drive lake clear and it looks like somebody's living in there, you're going to have somebody living in there. Once you get home and you're going to put your key in the door and the key's not going to work anymore, you're going to wonder what the hell's wrong with my key? It's not opening up my front door and there's going to be a person on the other side of that door telling you get the hell out of my house. That's the problem. You want to know what you can resolve that problem but it takes about 18 months. That's a big problem. Every time you leave a house like that is the problem. Oh yes, squatters are terrible. They took over a house here in Sturgeon, a big rental apartment. Now there's like 15 people living in it and Buddy's been trying apparently for years to get his house back. That's right. Let the paranoia set in so he can't enjoy his vacation in Vancouver. Let the man worry immensely about everything else except enjoying his time there. You guys are so nice. Actually something happened last winter where there were some homeless people that were living in a tossed out building near Parliament and then they all died once the place started freezing and the cold air started filtering in. So I know about such things.
