No problem, I hear you fine now. I just want to let you know. I was just saying that getting a personal letter from somebody, I don't think I've gotten one of them since the 1990s to be honest with you. But if you get when you're talking personal letter from somebody, would that be a handwritten letter or could it be somebody that picked it up on the computer, printed it out and sent it off in the mail? What would you consider personal? I would consider a written letter more personal than a typed letter, but that's just me.
