Just quickly while on the topic of flooding, Arizona this past week had flash, uh, back, flash, I can't talk all of a sudden. They had flooding that started Thursday September 25th and it continued through on Friday, Friday September 26th. What happened was there was a surge of late season monsoonal moisture and that went in there and it generated storms and I believe it's pronounced Gila County or Guyla County is G-I-L-A County and that's east of Phoenix. That was the area that was the greatest, that had the greatest impact. And basically there was 2.09 inches of rain that fell in just 25 minutes and flood waters rose four feet in roughly four minutes in some places in particular in downtown, what's the name of this town, in downtown Globe, which is Globe and Miami. Those were the areas that affected. So the mayor, he called it a devastating flood event but the issue is that the fast moving flood waters, they caused major damage to buildings downtown and a number of the buildings were compromised as a result of the flooding. And road closures, US 60, which is a huge throughfare Globe and Miami, they were completely shut down for a period. Let me drop it. And this is an old mining town. Let me drop it.
