I've been having some fun lately. Over the last week I built an AI server for a local LLM and I am doing kind of fun stuff with that now. The transcriber has collected about 42,000 transcriptions right now, which is a whole lot of raw data. And I've been working with passing that data through the AI LLM with different prompts to get different data out. And now I've been able to build a pretty intuitive, pretty in-depth data analytics system that looks at the nets that the system has seen. So now I've got, let's see, we've got 228 nets that the system has seen and analyzed. And the AI basically reads through all the transcripts, gives a summary of the operators that checked in, what the, brief summary of what they checked in with, what the net was about, the run time, how many people participated, date, time, the club that ran it, the control operator, stuff like that. I've got it now. It is functional. I'm getting useful data out of it. There's some weird stuff. For example, when it hears PSRG, it'll sometimes pick it up wrong. So instead of PSRG, it'll be like PS sound repeater GR or something like that. I haven't done any corrections yet, but so far it's been coming out really, really cool. And this is my first time playing with local AI LLM servers. I just built a, like I said, built a local LLM server using Facebook Marketplace parts. I got it put together pretty cheap. It's been a while since I've played some Hunter Bucks and built a PC with three 3070, RTX 3070 cards. And that AI actually runs pretty, pretty decent. So yeah, that's been the fun project. By the way, that is live on the page at kk7nqn.net under the Nets tab if you want to check that out. Anyways, this is KK7NQN back to net.
