Hey good morning Jim and Jane, great to hear from you guys and hey all the best you know locking things up or closing things up and winterizing the place. We're looking forward to having you back here in the Seattle side. Yeah gosh you know it's funny we have a little very short trip to BC ourselves to Canada and it looks you are correct it looks like it is raining up there which is unfortunate but we're dropping a friend off who is visiting us right now and she is going to be boarding a cruise line to go up to Alaska for the next week so yeah anyway have a wonderful weekend Jim thanks for stopping by this morning and again Jane as well so many treat you both and that have a great weekend okay next on the list I've got I believe the name was Peter if I remember right I did not catch the call sign in full but I think I heard the number seven and echo Lima Oscar but you are up good morning
