Hey good morning Brian, great to hear from you this morning. You know it's funny I thought about that myself as well because I used to do a lot more traveling than I do now. I worked at Expedia and had to travel all over the world actually. Around the United States I've spent a lot of time in Chicago, you know, where else? Seems like I've been all over the country. You know I think that this area, the Pacific Northwest, there's a lot of engineers, both software and aerospace of course with Boeing. And that's my only hypothesis is that because engineers tend to have that very curious mindset. Often, I'm generalizing quite a bit here, but I think it's a safe assumption, a safe generalization. We tend to be just very curious and technically oriented people, which is the perfect combination for a ham radio hobby. I know when I was growing up I was very intrigued with ham radio and of course, you know, didn't have the money, the resources to get involved in it too much. I do remember I would go, I used to, boy when I was in high school, I used to ride my motorcycle in and I would, there was the, the, the teacher, the electronics teacher had a place where I could in the wintertime unzip my big jacket that I rode my motorcycle with. Anyway, point being, he would receive a radio transmission from a satellite that showed a really rough graphic of the terrain with weather information on it. I thought that was just the coolest freaking thing ever and so I wanted to get into amateur radio and learn about all this radio stuff. So, I don't know, that's my, you know, anecdotal story aside, I think that, yeah, I think that we're just full of people who are very technical oriented and curious and that's my hypothesis. Not that there's not other areas, obviously San Francisco area down there and of course there's a lot of radio down there as well. Anyway, I'll quit rambling. That's a great question Brian. Have a wonderful weekend, 73 my friend, KK7MCW, KK7AII. Next on the list I've got Jim, K7PDZ. Good morning Jim. This is repeater station 3-2-7, November, Quebec, November. Oh, there I am. I just turned the radio on. Anyway, good morning everybody. Yeah, yesterday Jane and I got our flu shot and COVID shot. Man, it hit me last night. Oh, geez. First I was freezing cold, I couldn't get warm. Then I was so hot I had to kick in all the covers off. Oh, geez, but I'm feeling a little bit better now after a couple of ibuprofen. So, but anyway, that, man, I don't remember hitting me that hard before but it sure did this year. But anyway, at least we got that one done. Just in the, yeah, Jane's daughter, I had been here for a while with this and we took her to the airport yesterday. And she's now back in Atlanta, Georgia. And so we're just in the throes of closing up the cabin here and having some time. We did have a trip to Canada planned. The weather went south on us and it's going to be really crappy up there. So we canceled that trip just because if we go up there we want to be able to see the sights and not be in the rain all the time. So anyway, I don't know what we're doing except just trying to get some of the stuff checked off the list. There's 30 things on the list for closing up the cabin still to do. So that's like 10 a day. I mean if we do three a day for 10 days we'll have it all done. And we've got about 20 more days left. So there we go. It's all going to work out. Back to you, Theresa. Seven threes, everybody. This is Jim and Jane at Deer Lake, K-7. PD's out.
