Well, good morning everybody. You know, I tip if I get good service. Especially if I go to my pancake house, because I play Santa, I generally always give the gal at least 20%. But I tell you, well, you see, I'm from a different generation, but I think minimum wage here is like $18 an hour now. It seemed like back when they had fast food, you know, wages, they weren't even minimum wage. I could tell a little story maybe back. I got to go back about 60 years. I'm kind of a rebel friend I had. We went into a little fast food restaurant down here in Beaverton. There were three or four girls back in the back, and they were just yakking away, yakking away. We were waiting for them to come out and help us. Finally, after a couple of minutes, my friend, he picked up the straws that were sitting there on the counter, and he sprinkled them behind the counter and said, maybe you've got time to pick those up. So we just left. I don't know, generally when I go get a pizza or something, I might give them a buck or two, you know. We went to a kind of a, we heard about the Chinese restaurant here, not too far away, and it's a kind of fancy place I guess. So we went down there, and the portions were kind of small. They were good, but they were small. And then when they brought the bill, it said that 18 percent was the lowest tip that they had there. And we got that for service, I don't know, I gave them a tip, but it wasn't 18 percent. So let's see, finances, somebody talked about selling their stock. We refinanced our house here a few years ago at 2.8 percent. If you didn't refinance your house, I feel sorry for you, because it's up to, I don't know, 4 percent or something now. Anyway, yeah, let's see, what else? Well, the garden is coming tomorrow. I've got to the point where I just can't handle this acre. I can mow the lawn with a right mower, but a guy is going to come and clean all around the whole house. Not going to be cheap either. Anyway, KV7PVW backing up.
