Well, excellent Bud. I'm glad you found a place that you're going to like living in. Have a little bit more independence there and have some ability to help you out if you need to, for sure. And I know Arizona got smacked with a storm. I didn't realize it that bad. And being so dry there, I can imagine it would flood and get piled up there with water pretty quick.
