All right Russell, KB9MSK, this is KC2PKG and I don't want to beat this into the ground but there is something you can do it do something about your niece and that's a judge. If she's breaking stuff you can have her arrested. I'd be concerned if she gets physical like that that somebody's going to get hurt and then you could definitely have her arrested but the judge is just going to say after hearing your testimony and other people get she has a choice you can go for evaluation or you can go to jail. So that that is one way bringing it to head depends how serious you think it is you think it's going to go away do you think it's going to get better this is just a bad time for her because it doesn't sound like you do but you know the situation much better than I do. Oh yeah I'm just looking at the hurricanes that are coming along here and the first three hurricanes in this season have all turned into major hurricanes and Humberto is now a category four but it's way out in the ocean and what's going to be called Imelda doesn't look like it's going to make landfall it's going to make it hard on everybody living near the shore there'll be lots of rain and it was interesting reading about Florida has changed regulations for rebuilding buildings after hurricanes and stuff like that they've got to meet the new code you can't just slap them back together again they have to be changed and they're hoping that they get changed to be more hurricane proof but the season is really starting up here come the hurricanes we'll see what happens here anyway back to you KB 9 and SK this is KC 2.
