Alright, KJ5IRQ. Yeah, you know what, I can agree with that. The National Weather...well, NOAA. I would say NOAA in general. National Ocean Aeronautics Administration. Is that what it's called? Anyhow, no, in general they do a pretty good job, to be honest. I don't think their job's political at all, so that probably helps out a lot. I mean, I couldn't see how...I'm sure there is politics involved in higher echelons, but in the ground guys and girls who are actually doing the work, I couldn't see how politics would affect them one way or the other, other than funding and of course jobs. I'm not including that. I'm just saying in a general 9-to-5 job, when they get to sit in front of a computer to look at charts, look at reports...yeah, I don't think politics has much to do with it. So yeah, I can say that you're at. They probably...that's probably one of the good things that government has managed. I'm sure you can think of some other things. I mean, I did make a pretty big blanket statement there that government really messes up everything, and I'll amend it. They mess up 98% of things. That might drop down a little more if we talk a little longer about some organizations. Not individual projects. Individual projects can be good or bad, depending on the budget manager, but organizations.
