All right, what do I mean by light retention? When you grind coffee beans, especially in an electronic grinder, this is battery powered, static electricity gets created and the ground beans, ends up sticking to the underside of the grinder. And if you spritz your coffee beans before you grind them, there'll be less of that static electricity and less of that sticking to the bottom of the grinder when you grind your beans. So that's what I mean by retention and light retention. And then I got my box of raw sugar. So I can put some sugar in the espresso there. And I think that's it. I thought I had one more. Oh, I got a bag of coffee beans and I bought a little plastic or this little coffee bean holder for camping. I was supposed to keep the air in or keep the air out, but let the gases out. So got my little kit on my little backpack for it too. Although I might have to get a bigger one, because I haven't got the coffee thing in there yet. And that's going to change the whole dynamic.
