People like when people want credit or kudos or props for something, they have to solidify it with their call sign. They're just absolutely scared that if they leave it out, the credit will be misplaced. We won't know who the speaker is just because they didn't ID. They IDed a little bit ago but they got the ID again because we might miss who they are. That's what they're thinking.
