I used to use Echo Link a long, long time ago. I really couldn't get very many people on it. I knew the D-Drop N existed and I had heard about it and I checked into it a couple of times but it was almost impossible to get on the air and say hi. Too much competition. But overall, for me there wasn't much going on. Now, I see the opposite of it now. I think it's easy to get on. It seems like there's a lot of people out there. I use Echo Link to get on to the TCY in Kansas City. That's pretty active all the time. I get to listen to you guys and talk to you guys on D-Drop. That's another Echo Link system. But then everything else is fusion or D-Star. I mean, that doesn't really count because that's not Echo Link, right? So, anyway, are you ready for the met this morning, Russ? You are doing it today, aren't you? Yeah, I'm going to do it. I'm fortunate to do it. It's a good thing because next Tuesday is the last day I get the next one on the coach. So, it's good where I can get the day. I have to be doing it today when I have it too. That means I'll be doing two days of the next. I like that because I work on the next during the next when I'm on the coach. So, I'm going to have two days before I pick it off. Yeah, I'm going to do it that day. I'm getting all set up here. And, TCY, where do you go back to get on that? Yeah, there used to be a time that there were more users on Echo Link because they used to talk on computers. Once they started talking on phones, you can't really connect the phones. So, now, yeah, it sucks because nobody really answers. But, yeah, there used to be a time I used to go on there, randomly connect to people, and they would answer all the time. So, yeah, it kind of sucks. It's no longer the hey days of Echo Link, that's for sure.
