called nicotine and you're addicted to it and uh yeah that was the hardest thing I ever had to crack myself off of it it gets you in a different way because uh you know it's hard to break that addiction but I had to break it off I wasn't going to smoke that stuff but I was smoking the Merit ultralight and they were saying what's in the ultralight because it's uh it's supposed to be a safer cigarette and they analyzed it they said there's uh there's rubber there's rubber in it there's power in it there's uh all this stuff that's in it that gives it the flavor and it's an ultralight so I guess it qualified for it but and you're uh you're putting uh toxic stuff in your lungs you know it's uh it's not natural you think you're smoking a plant and you're not you're smoking rubber and well rubber is like a plant but you're smoking other things that you and they keep it secret because it's a secret formula so you never know what's really in it
