Well, I don't know what to say. I'm just sitting here reading some Robert Heinlein. I had purchased about several Carl Hiaasen novels recently. He is or was the Mamie Harold columnist who writes very sardonic columns about how corrupt Florida politics is and developers and stuff. He writes these fictional novels that are perfect reading for our times. So in the last, I just finished one today. It doesn't take long. They are easy reading. If I sit down and I spend as much time reading a book as I do scrolling, which I don't do anymore since I rage quit Facebook about a month and a half ago. So now what do I do with my time? I thought, oh, I should read books again. Not that I ever quit, but I'm not that I ever quit. But the mindset for being on social media destroys your mind for reading books. So I twiddled my thumbs for a few days and thought, I'll start picking up books and reading them again. I go through a novel about two or three days. The last one that I read was actually not even an adult novel and of course it only took me a day to read. Still 300 some pages, close to 400 pages, but it's pretty easy reading. But now I ran out of the Carl Hansen novels. I've spoken for two minutes already. Let's see. First I read Fever Beach, which is when he just finished this year. Then I went back and had read Star Island before and now I've read Nature Girl and Skinny Dip and Squeeze Me and some others. Anyway, but I've talked long enough. KX2CW, Joan on Broadway, back to that.
