Hey, Y4MB from TW8S, how are you? Yeah, okay there Scott, no problems at all. I've also got the Dale KC7YFE on the list there. There will be a BAFTA, Victor O, Oscar I, Tango, X-Ray, there Dale. So, you're on there. So, no problems. Yeah, DMR to DMR, RF to RF is absolutely brilliant audio. One of the problems occur if you sort of, you know, sort of bridge it to other modes. That's where little bits of it get lost and gets the old digital artifacts. But you can only do your best. As technology gets faster, I'm sure that will all be ironed out, but not at the moment. But as I said, when you key up, especially on digital, going through a bridge to All-Star or Echo Link or another mode, non-digital that is, you need to key up a couple of seconds before you start talking. That's why I have to leave gaps there, Scott, because it can be very, very difficult for digital stations to actually check in because of that and, you know, because of all the different bridges that it goes through to get into nets and stuff like that. You'd normally use the prefix and at the very worst you'd lose the whole cosine and then you could have just here key up. That's the reason for it, but DMR to DMR, DSTAR to DSTAR, it's perfect. No problems at all. But that's RF to RF. And yeah, nice temperature you've got over there as well, Scott. Well, we can only dream of that until next summer now. Unless something really crazy happens with the weather, but I don't think that's going to happen any time soon. Back to you there, Scott. KY4MB, GW8SZL.
