If there's not enough time left between breaks, between the overs there, then it can be a problem to actually get into a net on, especially if you're coming from digital. If you're on Echo Link of course you need a clear channel to be able to get in. So I do leave gaps, especially at the end when I call for check-ins just in case. So they give the digital stations and Echo Link stations a better chance to pop in. But as I just mentioned, you've probably heard me, if you do have a net logger and you go over to the aim window, it's a little chat box there, you might be familiar with it.
