Well Graham calf I've SSR the first thing I'm going to tell you is you need to get you some Zicam that is a life saver and what it does is if you have a cold it will shorten a cold if you're getting a cold it can totally eliminate it and it has zinc in it but it's called Zicam and I have the gummies that it comes in but you can get it in many forms they sell it almost at any pharmacy Walmart any place like that definitely need to have that on hand and as soon as you feel a sneeze or a cough you've been around a lot of people and you start to feel a little funky I start taking it immediately and it does wonders and just you'll thank me if you ever get to using that product I don't make any money off of it but I could tell you that it worked 200% so it's worth the money so I did want to share that and maybe you had too much at that wedding just kidding hi hi sounds like a beautiful time glad you got to go and thank you for everything you do out here Graham you are such an inspiration to you just really are I do want to remind people tomorrow I will be the voice of the Alaska morning net and that is on fireside and on 11 cats at 1 Eastern and tonight after this happy happy net we have the happy hour net at 7 Eastern and the litter box lounge at 7 Eastern tomorrow and both of those are on 11 cats at 7 Eastern and any I think I already said that but those are good nets let me reset
