I just inside the truck stop back in the truck tried to work my way off the lot here and I'm lost I don't know what to talk about they gave me the trailer number for the trip let's see he gave me the trailer number for the for the next load so when I get up there all I gotta do all I have to do is drop this trailer pick up the next trailer and then head out and they had biscuits and gravy and I didn't want all that biscuit but I wanted a I needed something warm I needed something hot I was hoping it's in tater tots just to help you know balance things out of my stomach because I also got a deal on the Apple Danish so I didn't want to eat all that sweet without having something a little salty and what have you so I just got the gravy and then I threw a bunch of chips in there so our not chips pretzels are not pretzels gosh saltine crackers there you go I knew I was gonna come up with the right word somewhere and then that hit the spot so now I can eat my Danish and I have to worry about it doing a number on my stomach but I hadn't taken the the powder for the gut health for a few days and that that powder on depending on what you take of it can do it do a number and loosen things up on you and Josh kj5irq is on do drop in on echolink that's where he's at there's a lot of messaging going back and forth in the background so he's on do drop in not do drop in to and he's on echolink um but yeah I think that's it for now I will pass it back to Josh whoops yeah well yeah what Bill said all right so go ahead Josh pick it up
