Anyways, so that's what the internet says. I'm busy worrying about selling a house today, my house, and then buying another house, so I got to get on the phone, talk to the realtor. I'm about to potentially put an offer in on a house that I haven't seen yet, only on the internet. That's like marrying a Russian bride, so I'm really on the fence, interested in people's opinions on that. If you've ever bought something as large as a house without actually seeing it, I'm guessing none of you have. But if you've ever done anything as crazy as that, just let me know.
