Mike, alright buddy, well I knew I recognized your call sign and I haven't said it enough as a net controller so I didn't have a name to put with it, but you're not on my echo link list. I actually just sent a picture of it to the fellas so they could see. Don't know why you're not showing up on there, but that's okay. That's the reason why I asked for your name. Yeah, I'm going to disagree with you on a couple of things and that's okay. One, yelling fire in a crowded theater is protected by free speech. The effect of it is not. You have the right to yell fire in a crowded theater and if nothing comes about, then you're fine. No one's going to press charges on you or anything. However, if you cause or incite violence, well then it's no longer protected. The Supreme Court, I don't think it's very, very, very tough at all. The Supreme Court has only ruled on four exceptions to free speech. That's it. Now, they can be subjective a little bit, but not a whole lot. I mean I think this is one sphere that the three branches of government has actually gotten correct. Just like hate speech. You brought up hate speech. Hate speech is protected by free speech. Hate speech is not illegal. I can say I hate you all day long. It's not illegal. Again, the causality could possibly be illegal, but it may not have to do with free speech. But it may possibly. I mean if you spread enough hate and call enough people bad names and you can radicalize people and they can prove that you've done that via your speech, well then it's no longer protected. Yeah, I see your point. It can be very, very confusing, but on the opposite side, it's very refreshing that it's so simple. Okay, well, let me call once more for any more check-ins real quick before I move back to the top of the list. We have lost Terry, but everybody else has pretty much stayed for the day. So it is almost 8 o'clock. It is 7.50. So if you'd like to join our merry band of do-leathers, who we all think that we know what we're talking about, and we probably don't, but it's fun to talk about it regardless. If you'd like to join that, come now with your call phone.
