Well, Misty, that happens sometimes. I am, I wouldn't say I'm an accomplished cook. My wife and my kids may disagree. I wouldn't say I'm accomplished by any means because I'm not really cooked for anybody other than my family. But I do enjoy cooking. And I enjoy cooking good food. I don't do it very often these days. I used to do it a lot more. But I have burnt and charred my fair share of things. And so don't let it get you down. If your husband is anything like a lot of husbands, me included, hell, you don't miss a smile on his face anyhow. Because that's what we do. Funny story, just popped in my head. I haven't thought about this in a long, long time. Man, see my wife and I are hitting 23 years of marriage this December. So this had to be around year three, yes, sure so? I had already been to Iraq and back. I had just gotten out of the military. And we were in our first real on our own style house. And it was me and my wife. We had Emily and Benjamin, my oldest son. He's 20 now. And he was still in a Johnny Jumper, you know, those things that you can hang out. I don't know if they even use them today. But you can hang them up over a dual wave, put a baby in it, put on some music, and they can bounce until they pass out. He loved and still does to this day, loves Stevie Ray Vaughan. And that style of blues music. He used to bounce and bounce and bounce to Stevie Ray Vaughan. However, I digress. My wife, I worked in the oil field at the time. And I was working 12 hour days at the time. 12 hour days, going to work, being at work at six and getting off at six. That didn't include the drive time, which was usually about an hour each way. So by the time I got home, I was usually done for, you know, ready to eat, shower, go to bed. And she had made some biscuits one day. And they looked beautiful. We were having breakfast for dinner, if I remember correctly. They looked great. Smelt pretty good. I mean, I was quite impressed until I tried to bite one. It was hard as a rock. Like, you could have thrown it through the wall. She felt so bad. And I ate, I mean, I covered it in gravy and azed it anyhow. For a couple of reasons. One, I didn't want her to feel forced to what she did. I was hungry. And I've ate worse things than that. So, I can tell you to this day, my wife makes the most fluffiest biscuits I've ever had in my life. And she makes them from scratch. And they are delicious and fluffy and soft. And I hadn't thought about that in a very long time. So I'm glad you brought that up. Okay, well that brings us down to the bottom of the list once again. I want to take a little quick pause to give anybody else one chance to join on that before I move back to the top of the list. So if you want to join the Cowabunga net at 707 a.m. on Friday, September 26th, now's your chance. This is repeater station kilo kilo 7 November... Connect control. Copy Alpha Echo 7 Mike Romeo.
