Hi, I'm Walt. Thank you for throwing it over to me. 3.51 PM, so near 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Three hours ahead of most of you folks on this net. And just setting up dishes for dishwashing. You guys had really exciting, heartwarming stories, and here I am sitting in front of the dishwasher loading dishes for cats. And this is my life, not the most exciting life. That's why I run the net in my ear while I'm doing this stuff. Get to hear people from all over the world. And yeah, just delightful to hear everybody. I'm buying a house. I guess that's interesting. Kind of found the house of my dreams and trying to figure out how to afford that and also some income property. Because I don't really have a way at my age to make a living. So, I'm going to sell this house or closing tomorrow. So I make a boatload of money and then I'm going to have to figure out how to invest that money. I don't know if somebody is keying up or not. I'm going to have to figure out how to invest that money in a place to live and then an income property. So that's what's ahead. I did find the three bedroom that I want to live in. Beautiful, beautiful piece of property. And they're telling me I have to put an offer in tonight or tomorrow morning or I might lose the property because everybody wants it.
