Well, you got Grocie here, W7DNG. You must have the camera on in my living room here. Yeah, just got back, sat down, had a call from the mortgage company. They got, like everything else, they get, oh, we need one more thing. Oh, we need one more thing. Well, I got four more things for them, and I got it taken care of, so we shall see. But it's going to work out in the long run, I hope. Rabbitwise, don't see any today for some reason. They must be all hunkered down for something. I've got a couple more little projects I got to finish up around the property here, but otherwise I'm good to go. Wait for them to send me the final paperwork to sign on the dotted line and sign my life away again. So I'm sticking to that story, and everybody have a good day, better tomorrow.
