Okay Russell, I'll just sit here and listen to you guys. I've been awake for a while and been listening on a couple of different devices. I thought I'd take the opportunity to check in and I don't get the opportunity as much as I'd like most of the time. Interesting, with a sodic nerve, I've been to the doctor, you know, talked to my cardiologist because my primary didn't want to put me on steroids, cardiologist said it was good. So I went back to my primary when I had the appointment with him. He gave me steroids, they helped a little bit. Still killing me. So where I'm going with that, you guys have been talking about Tylenol. Tylenol seems to be the only thing that scratches it. So I probably take way more Tylenol than what I should be. So I'm going to have to figure something else out. I need to back off on the Tylenol, that's for sure. I have backed off, I don't take it every day. I was taking it twice a day for a while and about 1500 milligrams when I would take it. Three pills in the morning, three at night, they seemed to help. If I backed off, don't do it every day. But yeah, I got some concerns about Tylenol. Especially listening to the testimony over here with you guys. And yes, I doubled, so there was a patient in there, I don't know if you picked him up or not, Russell. So you might want to check that. I'll turn it back to you, Russell. And YQJ.
