89 NSK this is KC 2 PKG. It's easier for me exactly what they'll say it's easier for me if we do a whole bunch of the time unless I mean if it's easier for you doing one at a time do one at a time but I you know those right I get some free space if I put in a whole bunch and then and then wait and see so that would be that would be my choice to do a whole bunch at once so I woke up in the middle of the night last night 2 30 and I actually got up to refill my puffer and there's this noise going on and I I hate that in the middle of the night because this is a really hard house to find where noise is coming from so I went up into my office and it took a while I had to you know take a break and then come back and it was a UPS was screaming and so I shut it off and I said okay I'm going to bed and I went to bed and lo and behold at five o'clock this morning my wife goes Wi-Fi is down I'm like the Wi-Fi is down how could that happen and I'm looking at several things and it seems like it's up to me but there's definitely something wrong so as I room you know ruminated on it and wandered around rumbled around the house a little bit I ended up having to reboot all my notes well although the Wi-Fi notes and as it turned out like the radio notes weren't working either I'm like what the heck happened so there was some kind of disruption last night and I don't know if the UPS was involved in it or what was going on but it was weird it was weird girl you know if there's a $200 hold on your credit cards if they don't actually charge you the $200 they're just telling you if you don't return it then we are going to charge you got 30 days to do whatever you want to do so you know that that's just going to be a placeholder on your account you you won't be missing 200 bucks unless you don't send them anything back and it sounds like you could send back a shovel full parts from what they said because that's what I thought you should do in other words don't dump those drives although starting again it's very good it's a wonderful thing to do and of course you can you can download right off my plex server all you want anytime you want but you know you could if you can you can even buy you know a very simple hard drive interface like you I think your dad has and or you can just rip the drives out of the old time and put it in the new one and everything should be back to normal because I think you definitely have a controller problem there it's not a drive promise control problem anyway back to you Russell is Casey to PKG back to you
