going to send me the shipping label and this one's going in a box and going back to Western Digital and I'll get another new one So I set up the VPN I'm like my Mac yesterday and I started the arduous process of downloading movies and That's not the way you're supposed to do it but most of the movies I had on my drive were ripped from original blu-rays and DVDs and Well, yeah, I'd say most of them about 90% I'd say over the years this is like 15 years worth to collect and almost 20 years worth to collect and data and collected movies and It's all gone so I was very sad yesterday about all that because my whole Plex server was stored on that thing and It's my own fault because I had all this data on other drives But when I copied it off November Other drives For Mac OS and When I did that I basically Screwed myself So that was my day yesterday. I was on the phone for almost two hours back and forth with Western Digital I'm trying to get him to do is waive that fee But I don't think you're going to do it Because they're so worried about getting a hard drive back That they think I want to keep it probably and they want 25 bucks plus 200 bucks To Ensure that I send the broken drive back And it's gonna be very broken, but it's time they get it back because they said you can bust open the case On the outside and get access to the drive on the inside And they had no problem with that.
