And in general, I don't like cross-banding. You would need a really good link radio to do it. If you use any of the commercial radios, you're going to fry them. I fry tons of them. I have a couple of broken Kenwood TMV-7s that are used for that. They're known for that. People call them remote radios, because that's like another word for cross-banding, remoting. But you'll break those radios. So you would need a really good, expensive link radio to begin with.
