Anyway, hello Jack from, let's see, 4th off South and James right now. I'm steaming northward over to West Lake to check on those experimental fab lanes, freight and bus. It's a one-year pilot study, Jack. That's how long the configuration is going to be there. Anyway, I was going to say, I'm the mayor of this town, Jack. Over the last 2 to 3 weeks especially, I've been like, even in, sometimes in one day I've done a loop from like southwest through southeast all the way up to north, northeast, northwest, all quadrants. Well, we actually have all sextants of the city because we've got north, south, northwest, northeast, southwest, southeast. Anyway, but I especially feel an affinity for SODO. That's what I called out when you called out for call-outs, for check-ins. That's the word I'm looking for. Anyway, I like prowling the streets of SODO. It's so industrial and gritty and all of that.
