Hope you have a great afternoon Enjoy those rabbits and think about this for a second because a number of years ago And it must have been a number of years ago I heard a radio report on the news that said the commercial and residential value of all real estate combined in the US and actually I think maybe I think what I'm really thinking of was just just just Residential real estate was worth 27 trillion dollars and this is a number of years ago And I think that is actually correct because now they say combined Commercial and residential real estate in the US somewhere hovering around 50 trillion dollars What do you think of that number?
