All right Robert, well I'm glad it helped you. Like I said it didn't do much for me. I was on 600 milligrams a day, I didn't do much but what really helped and at a much lower dose was the predabolin which is also the the name brand is Lyrica. But I also have a lot of nerve pain not just back pain. I don't know what kind of pain you guys have if it's nerve related or if it affects the nerves but a lot of mine is nerve pain from the chemicals and so the Lyrica helped a lot better for me.
