Well, thank you sir for calling me back in. I do want to answer Joe KC7GH's question, but first of all I wanted to mention the caffeine withdrawal symptoms. Well, when I was traveling the world for a living, I was, man, I went from one plane to another to another to another. I just had to make connections and couldn't get any coffee in the lounges. So, man, I ended up with a severe, severe headache. I didn't know what it was. And, man, I got on the last plane and I asked the flight attendant, I said, I have a terrible headache. Do you have any aspirin? He said, no, we're not allowed to dispense any medication, but do you drink coffee? And I said, yes. He said, as soon as we take off, I'll give you some. And no lie, I drank a cup of coffee and within ten minutes my headache was gone. So I was drinking eight cups a day until that day when I couldn't drink any. But anyway, as far as KC7GHT is concerned, Joe, you know, I was on a very low dose. I think it was 300 milligrams a day, and that did nothing. So my doctor upped it to 300 milligram capsules, the yellow capsules, three times a day. So it's three, six, nine hundred milligrams a day. It helps, not totally, because, you know, I still need that operation, I think, because I got the cholesterol. Is it cholesterol? No, it's a cortisone shot, steroid, about a week ago today. And it's slowly but surely, I think, working, but, you know, I still feel some pain. So yesterday I took the gab pen, it helped a little bit. I took a Diclofenac, it's probably too much information for the net. But anyway, I was flying high, but I was in no pain at all, as they say. So anyway, Joe, GHG, I hope that answers your question. 300 milligrams, three times a day. KB2RQQ.
