Alright Missy, and yes, I remember that day when you poured the coffee on top of the cup. I was cracking up so, I was just so hysterical when you said that because believe it or not I had done that and I don't have any vision problems that I'm aware of anyway. I can't see a lot of things but that's like selective seeing, but like the selective hearing. But yeah, I just kind of cracked up with that. So I'm glad I made you remember that. Anyway, you will never forget. Anyway, thanks for the check in, thanks for the laugh and the smile. You sound good. Not as squeaky as yesterday so maybe the coffee helped. I don't know, maybe the Keto coffee helped. And I think in the Keto coffee, I'm not sure if they add butter or something like that to it. I forgot what Keto coffee is but I'm not sure I like all that in my coffee. I just like a little bit of sweetener, the stevia, some cream and I'm satisfied. I go try to go more for the flavor of the coffee. And I think it was last week, the week before I started drinking the black with just a teaspoon of creamer, the liquid cream or the liquid syrup that I use, the sugar free syrup. And that wasn't bad but I still kind of like a little bit of sweetener in there these days. Anyway, take care Missy and thanks for the chuckle. Before I go to Cliff and to Reg, I'm going to try and answer Joe's question with Robert. So KB2RQQ, Robert, Joe asked if how much gabapentin you take, he takes 300 milligrams a day. He didn't get much help out of that. I was on gabapentin for a long time. I used to take 600 milligrams a day and when I switched over to Lyrica or to pregabalin, I take 300 milligrams a day of that and that helps. I'm barely in any pain for the most part. So that's what helped me was the pregabalin, the Lyrica. Anyway, over to you there brother.
