okay Mel and yeah I just checked out the news on just pulled it up on the internet and there's been a the shooting at the ice facility I guess there was a guy in a sniper type position he shot one guy killed him two others injured and I guess then the sniper shot himself and killed himself so two dead and then two more wounded from what I see on the internet and yeah it was at the ice facility I didn't check the news this morning when I woke up I try not to get depressed when I first wake up and the news gets kind of depressing after a while as you know so I usually wait till later in the day after about my second or third cup of coffee and when I'm bored as you know scroll on the phone and check it out and as far as the coffee goes I don't use sugar I used to use sugar way back when when I was way younger then I started using sweeteners and now I use stevia so and also it's weird about that when people tell me that they get a headache from from coffee it's gotta be something else other than the caffeine because they use caffeine to treat migraines and other types of headaches and a lot of the medications have caffeine in it so it's kind of odd kind of weird when people say my wife used to tell me that too she gets a caffeine headache and then she doesn't so I don't know every once in a while she does and she blames the coffee but they use caffeine for many many medications through in regard to headache treatment and migraine headache so who knows who knows but anyway no thanks for being there I appreciate it and you have yourself a great day k5 ewh from kt7 JLE but how you doing my friends I heard you today you were moving out and not sure how that's going and if you found the place yet or anything so please keep us up to date on on all that and how you're doing and of course on your health all that and but do you drink coffee anymore I'm sure you probably do I'm betting on it anyway if I was a betting man I would say I'll put 50 on that but has coffee so good morning there bud
