Well thank you, Daryl. This is WA6ABC and I'm enjoying the repartee, you know. Everybody's respectful to each other and get a lot of new information, get to bring up new topics. And I was gone for the last half hour, 45 minutes, so it's opportune that you're calling on me now. And yeah, it's nice to be back. Nice to hear everybody. And yeah, I was on when Don used to run this thing 100 years ago. And it's nice to see that it survived and it's done well and lots of interesting people on here. Other than that, got done with breakfast, doing a load of laundry, looking at real estate listings. Just surreal to look at houses that I might live in. It's like personal ads or whatever. You know, they look good online and then you're gonna have to actually go out to the house to see if it's falling down or not. And I appreciate the feedback that I got. I was talking about water in the cellar yesterday and got some really good insightful responses from people yesterday, so appreciate that. I guess that's about it.
