Like having more than one break in Germany. You have to have at least two breaks on a bicycle, even if one's a coaster break, because you never know the chain might break. I had to modify my bike that I took to Germany to add a front wheel break. But the two bells, one is a kind of a plate ring ring kind of thing, and the other one is quite a loud single dingbell. I did it better before.
