a PTSD from an accident he witnessed and he's got survivor guilt to boot and trying to figure out how to treat him when he is physically responsive to the trauma that he experienced. When your triggers are physically responsive it feels roughly like you're being clawed at on the inside by a cougar that you swallow somehow. Sometimes these triggers are a symptom of autism and sometimes they're a combination of things and so they're really hard to treat anyway.
