Uh, if anyone wants to look up like what's going on at the Ostrich Farm, they have a YouTube live channel called Universal Ostrich Farm or something like that. This is something like the name of it. Because they're just talking about it now on breakfast television. Yeah, and I've had those kind of breakages in my basement too and they did dig a trench like that. But there were breaks even upon that. And let's see, luckily the guys next door pooled the cost with us because they were getting their basement done. So they went halfsies with us. Each of us paid somewhere in the neighborhood of six grand. All together it was like 15, 20 grand to resolve 39 Sanford and 37 semi-detached houses there. So their basement and our basement would conflict that point. Sometimes they caused us to have problems, we caused them to sometimes have problems. So we've been peaceful, that's been fixed, and it's been peaceful for a grip of years. And then we don't know, right? If we sell the place, that's someone else's problem. I just can't believe this place has been around 150 years. So it goes back to like when the original people of the little house were still alive. That's funny stuff.
