Alright this is Casey 2 PKG I was looking for a house for my son and it was a beautiful house but it was built on big blocks of granite and that was the basement and I you know I kind of wondered at it and you've already said you you know it's a wet basement it gets wet in there. We basically walked away from that because that kind of stone foundation they move that's a problem and you'll have to do probably what Daryl was talking about which were French drains and that's like to go around the house it's probably three days in a manor and a machine and a whole lot of gravel to get the water channeled and you never know when you start digging next to a house what's going to happen so I have to agree it's probably not worth the hassle.
