Quick comment from kr4 BGH if I were you I would run turn away and run guy it's a stone basement dry stack stone with some cement spirit smeared over top of it more than likely and there is no footers as you would think in a modern-day construction that's a very old house work to be filled stone once I would even look I wouldn't even look at it anymore I just be honest with it that's from years and years of construction work kr4 BGH yeah he lives in New York too so he's going to get a lot of really old houses
