WA6ABC returning. That's a very good question, Daryl. I don't know about that. And I wanted to ask the realtor and then the realtor to ask the owner because I'm sure the realtor doesn't know. She just wants to sell houses. And you know, you've got to be careful. You're the consumer. Even though I've got a realtor who's a very good realtor, she still wants to make her commission on the house. She knows that the house is priced to sell. If somebody gets in there ahead of me, I probably should let them do that because the last thing I need to do is inherit a whole boatload of problems. It's better to pay a little more and have something that has a clean basement. And no, I'm not sure what the foundation is. They make sure they tell you it's a stone basement so that might have some reflection on the foundation. I'm not sure there, Daryl. But thanks for that comment. I definitely appreciate that. Back to Net from WA6ABC. You can comment again if you want. It's the comment, Net. I love it. Get an inspection, Net. If they'd be willing to incorporate the cost of an inspection into the price, then you could find out what was actually going on because a water filled basement, that could be an issue. And if you're not familiar with dealing with that stuff, you could end up spending a boatload more money. Just a heads up, man. I'd hate to see that happen to you. Thanks, Russell. Feel when you're busy.
