Yeah Michael, my neighbor had an issue with they were getting water in the basement every time it would rain and it took them a lot to get it rectified. And it might be easy in certain situations but it could be a lot. They had to take a trench around the house to redirect water and they had to have it like constantly leveled and repacked and then when they dug it all out they realized there was a couple of cracks in the foundation. That was under the ground and that's what in fact was letting the water in. So then they had to get the foundation repair done and yeah just look into it before you sink a whole lot of money man. Because think about it if there's water in the basement when it rains, if you have a lot of rain that could potentially fill up like literally so. You say it's a stone basement so that means it's not a concrete foundation around it I guess. I'm not 100% sure. Does that mean there's no concrete basement Michael?
