Thanks for taking the helm here. And that's about it. I'm packing things up for my trip, for my moving, looking at houses. I'm feeling too much like an adult right now. I've never bought a house before. I've got a real estate lady that's trying to sell me on a house that they knocked ten grand off, which sounds great. But it's like there's been water in the cellar. If anybody has water in the cellar experience, let me know. Because that just doesn't sound good. I don't want water in the basement. And there's stone basements and I'm going to use it for storage. So the last thing I need is my stuff getting soaked in the basement. Other than that, I've got a friend coming here to help me do some more packing and cleaning out cat carriers, preparing to get the cats out. That's going to be another big job.
