Well, not getting paid for anything but the flight time, but yet they work hours before and hours after and they don't get nothing at all. That's kind of like the trucking profession. You get paid by the mile for the most part, but if you're sitting somewhere waiting to get loaded, you don't get jacked. Even though you're still at work, you're sitting in your truck, you're standing by to get loaded, and sometimes you might even be sitting on the dock counting products or whatever, fingerprinting the load, and you're not really getting paid for it. I can understand why people get upset with that.
