Doing well Jack. I just got out of the shower a couple of minutes ago not underwater Yes, Jeff sounded a whole lot better after he rebooted there like a whole lot Yes, it is a glorious day and we got a couple more days as you mentioned following this it'll also be glorious Not too hot. I had a friend who called me last evening said their air conditioner quit working This was a window air conditioner that had been put in the window about I don't know about eight years ago Just a kind of a low-cost one, you know Nothing fancy and they leave it in there all winter which probably isn't good but Anyway, they said it quit working. So I went over there to take a look Well, you know it's been in there for like eight years. So that's pretty good service So if they needed a new one for next year well, this year's pretty much over as far as the hot weather goes so not so bad, but Went to switch it on and there was no action So I went down and looked at the power core at the plug and it's got one of those plugs. It's got a circuit breaker and or probably Grand fault interrupter circuit in it and that was popped pushed back in everything works fine So I'm reckoning that it probably got a little wet the other day when we had that little bit of rain. I don't know Anyway, their conditioner is still working great Other than that busy afternoon Gonna get out and do some modeling and helping some people with some stuff and overall You're going to enjoy it make the most of it soon for everyone else ki7z
