Thanks for that Terry. And yeah, even though it's a desert state, we've had temperatures down here at 19 and 18 degrees in the 55 years we've been here. And then of course the mountains too as well up there in the Jeep and snow all around. So it's not just desert for sure. So that was neat when I heard you talk about Whiskytown Lake last week.
