Thanks for asking. This is NGROBF. We're all moved in. Been living here at the house for what, four days? The fourth day maybe? Maybe fifth day. Anyway, it's almost a week. Going on a week. Monday will be a... Tuesday will be a week. Anyway, yeah, so getting along while I've got my hands set up. ICOM 7610 now. I've got a 40 meter quarter wave vertical out in the back. And I've tuned it up even on 80 meters out of CWQSO. Very weekend tender there for that. All the way up through 10 meters. I haven't tried six yet. But I could tune it up for my tuner, so that's kind of fun. But I'm still getting things settled here. Got some work to do. The house is old. Got some things that we have to fix on the house. Anyway, but outside of that, we're here in one car and the other car is in Colorado. So the other one we're going to have to figure out how to get here. A friend of ours is going to drive it, but he hasn't done it yet. So we may have to just go back and get it. But we'll get another car here and then we'll be all set and have to start rebuilding things. Anyway, yeah, we're set up. And so I just wanted to say hi everybody. I'm on an iPhone 16 and I am going to order the new Mac Mini. I gave all that stuff away when I was in Colorado. It was too much to move out here. It was an old Mac Mini, so I'll get a new one. Anyway, that's the kind of thing I'm going through. But it's all working. I've got my hands set running and I'm talking to you guys. So working out good. N0BF. I've never bought a used house. The one house that I did buy was a brand new build in a brand new community where all the houses were built at the same time. But I can imagine not a lot of those in the east. Most of the houses have been there for a while. Sounds like you've got some good echo going on there. So I imagine you probably have a wood floors or maybe some tile floors, not a lot up to absorb the echo in there. But I'm just wondering, do you have a single spray or a two spray house?
