As long as they don't fall out, I was on the bicycle path and I had one on my right fall right out of my ear. I stopped the bike because the music stopped playing and I went back about 30, 40 feet and found it because I can't see very good. I'm lucky I found it or I would have had to buy a new one. I would have updated my eye plugs. No, I wear those things just biking, not even listening to anything, just to keep the wind out of my ears because it works good. It's like wearing earmuffs. I use them for that too, even listening to nothing.
