When World War II was starting and my parents told me in the house that they had to black out the windows. You couldn't keep the lights on. You had to have these curtains and shades. They had old C.D. people walking outside on the streets. You'd be fined if you had a crack of light coming out of your house or if they found you outside smoking a cigarette. Even a cigarette smoker walking down the street could be arrested. That's how tight it got during World War II. And the Germans were on the other side of the world and we were that tight.
