Good evening there Bill and everyone on the net. K9 BDC Brooks here in Newcastle. Yeah, I think there was an issue with the repeater when you first got started there Bill because I noticed some goofiness I keyed up and the motor scope wasn't working so I reset the receivers there and it seems like it was working now. So yeah, there we go. So I have, let's see, my news is that I have a new antenna brand spanking new. It's been sitting in my room, my back bedroom for about a year I think and it's just been waiting to go up. I posted some pictures on the PSRD group. It is a Diamond X 300A. It's 10 feet tall and is now at the peak of my roof. So it was, I had to go borrow a ladder to get up there. I had to build a block that I could mount the antenna mast to and then I painted it to match the trim. So I think it turned out really nice and from what I can tell it sounds really good. I was just on the Simplex net and I was able to hear Skipper up in Granite Falls which I've never been able to hear before and then there was a station down south that I heard that I didn't usually hear and I can't remember what station that was. But yeah, so that was pretty cool. But yeah, now I'm very tired because it was a lot to get all of that put together. But anyway, outside of that we took the doggos to the dog park today. So that was a lot of fun. They got to run around Marymore and go swimming and everything. So yeah, so now it's just kind of relaxing for the rest of the night I think. We've got some things we're doing tomorrow. I don't know. You have to ask Megan. I don't know if she's going to check in or not. Why don't you put her down as an IO K9 MLR. She's probably not going to check in. But in case she does, she'll come back. Anyway, oh and then I was supposed to pass on, let's see, radio waves from Devon N7 IQZ from Winthrop.
